WDW Virtual Visit is an interactive, choose your own adventure experience, dedicated to allowing you to roam around and experience WDW as if you were actually there.

It's simple...you begin by choosing your starting point from our map. From there you walk via HD video to the destination or attraction you've choosen. When you're finished there, you choose from a list of many options of where to go next. You'll then walk from that spot to your next chosen spot, and so on.

You'll see the same things and hear the same sounds as if you were actually there. We're still working on the smells. If you're a little too impatient to walk to your attraction, you can always scrub forward in the video to your destination. It's your call.

Peoplemover HERE WE COME! OK fine, I'll let you pick...

WDW VIRTUAL VISIT NEWS FEED:

What's coming next? Hmmm...

Well, I'm not entirely sure, to be perfectly honest! Wilderness Lodge WAS next, but it's under construction and being expanded to a pretty large extent as we speak. The Studios were high on the list, but they're also being ripped apart and rebuilt. BUT, I'm thinking I may still go for the Studios and head over to the Sunset Blvd area. Not much new stuff happeing over there, and it would be a good way to start off the park. What do you all think?

If you enjoy using WDW Virtual Visit, I ask that you please consider becoming a patron. It takes a little money to keep thing going around here, and every little bit helps. You'll be recognized as a contributor on our Patron oage, and you'll get some stuff in the mail for helping out! It takes as little as $1. Thank you so much!

360 Degree Interactive Video

I've received several good ideas for the first 360 videos. The rides are already being done by several others, and they're being done fairly well. Some of my favorite submitted ideas include a stroll around World Showcase or a simple walk up Main Street USA. These ideas go along with what I like to think sets WDW Virtual Visit apart from other sites. The videos and experiences you'll experience here are not only of the main attractions, but the "attractions" in between. Simple things like the magical atmosphere and general suroundings are what really make us all feel what we feel when we're there. So, with that being said, you can look forward to a few of these types of experiences early next year.

SHIRTS CLOSEOUT!

When they're gone, they won't be back! I'm clearing out the remaining tees in our shirt shop at half the price, $10 for anything. Get the popular DEAD TOAD TEE or the HAPPY HAUNTS GRACEY jersey tee, still with free shipping! SHOP NOW

YOUR OPINION MEANS A LOT!

NIf there's anything you'd like to see happen here at WDW Virtual Visit, please don't be shy! Feel free to send over an email with any ideas you may have. I'm always open to anything that may help make it a more magical place for everyone!

You like park audio? We have park audio!

You can download it and take it with you if you become a Patron! All of our ORIGINAL park audio is recorded LIVE, right in the middle of the action. No matter what the audio is, you'll hear it as if you were there. Ambient noise, music, sound effects, narration, doors opening, Spaceship Earth track clunks...you get the idea. Here are a few sample recordings:

This one is long but oooooh so good. I started recording about 6 minutes before the show to get that great intro music and narration. Then you have the full show complete with music AND the sound of fireworks in the background...then it ends with about 20-25 minutes of post show exit music, which if you haven't heard it, is packed with great current and retired Epcot deliciousness.

This was recorded in July 2014, and since the ride is still relatively new, that generally leads to more noise from excited people, etc. This is true here. We start in the queue and quickly load, then head on through the ride end exit the queue. Like I said, a little noisy at the beginning, but worth it in the end.

For whatever reason these tram ride recordings really make me feel like I'm there. Out of my hundreds of WDW audio files they rank near the top. From August of 2014, we have a quick ride from the Studios exit out to the parking lot. Simple. Relaxing.
